General
What are the arrival and departure times?
- For campers, the arrival time is after 1 PM and departure time before 12 PM.
- For the campers with private sanitary, the arrival time is after 2PM and departure time before 11 AM
- For rental accommodations, the arrival time is after 3 PM and departure time before 10 AM
What if i arrive later than te reception desk opening hours?
You can check in at te reception till 5 pm. When you arrive later, we would greatly appreciate it if you contact us on forehand.
Are cars allowed at the holiday park?
A maximum of 1 car per pitch is permitted at the holiday park. The car must fit within de rented place.
It is not possible to enter the park wit a second car. The car can be parked at the central parking area at the front of the park.
Annulering
Als u geen annuleringsverzekering hebt afgesloten en wel de reservering wilt annuleren, gaat dit volgens de voorwaarden van branchevereniging RECRON.
Annuleringsverzekering
Tegelijk met uw reservering of anders uiterlijk binnen een week na de boekdatum kunt u een annuleringsverzekering bij uw vakantie afsluiten. De polis wordt ondergebracht bij Bovemij verzekeringen.
Bij voortijdig vertrek (bijv. slecht weer, ziekte etc.) wordt niet gerestitueerd. Hieronder vindt u de voorwaarden en de verzekeringskaart.
Eikenprocessierups
De eikenprocessierups veroorzaakt veel klachten in ons land.
Wij doen er alles aan om ervoor te zorgen dat u zo min mogelijk overlast ervaart.
Dit doen wij door de bomen preventief te behandelen met een biologisch middel wat voorkomt dat de rups zich in de boom gaat nestelen. Bovendien zijn er op diverse plaatsen op ons vakantiepark vogelhuisjes opgehangen en bloemenmengsels ingezaaid om de natuurlijke vijanden van de eikenprocessierups te lokken.
Is it a large holiday park?
Holiday park 't Rheezerwold is a small-scaled and wel-arranged park. A real family business where hospitality, personal attention and service are highly valued.
Hoe werkt de televisie aansluiting?
Al onze plaatsen beschikken over een antenne aansluiting. U kunt hier gratis gebruik van maken.
’t Rheezerwold biedt digitale televisie aan met +/- 80 tv en +/- 20 radio zenders.
Om digitale zenders te ontvangen moet uw televisie uitgerust zijn met een DVB-C tuner.
Heeft uw huidige televisietoestel geen DVB-C tuner en wilt u het digitale zenderpakket toch ontvangen, dan hebben wij DVB-C tuners te koop in de Minishop. Ook antenne verlengsnoeren zijn in onze minishop te koop.
Op het centrale antenne systeem vindt u naast een selectie reguliere zenders, ook onze kabelkrant. Hierop staat alle nuttige informatie van het vakantiepark.
Is there a good WiFi connection?
we offer the possibility to use WiFi everywhere on the holiday park for free. This is for general use. This way you can easily check your e-mail, visit webpages and use Whatsapp and Facebook.
Do visitors have to pay?
Visitors have to report by the reception.
For visitors we have a rate of € 1,25 per person.
Can visitors use the swimming facilities?
No, this is not allowed. According to the Dutch law, only registered persons on the holiday park can use the swimming facilities.
Is barbecuing allowed?
Barbecuing is allowed when there is nog nuisance to the other guests and no code orange/red is issued by the fire department.
Fire pits and open fires are not allowed.
Are unaccompanied youth allowed on the holiday park?
No, we do not allow groups of unaccompanied youth.
Camping
What time can we check in?
You can check in from 1 PM.
Heb ik een watertappunt bij de plaats?
Ja, om het watertappunt op uw plaats te bedienen, dient u een tapkraansleutel te hebben.
Deze kunt u ook aanschaffen in de receptie à € 2,- .

Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed , up to 2 per pitch. Dogs must be kept on al leash at all times on the park. Dogs are not allowed in our accommodations.
Is there a dog-free field at the holiday park?
Yes, comfort field Valk is dog-free. Dogs are not allowed here.
Can i add a camping tent to my camping equipment?
Yes, that is possible. The tent can't be bigger than 4 m2 and must remain within its own location. If necessery, the car must move to the parking lot.
Wordt het privé sanitair dagelijks of tussendoor schoongemaakt?
Het privé sanitair wordt bij aankomst schoon opgeleverd. Tussendoor zal deze niet worden schoongemaakt. Ook niet wanneer u voor een lange(re) periode geboekt heeft.
Rental

Are pets allowed in the accommodations?
No, pets are not allowed in the accommodations.

No, it's absolutely not allowed to smoke in the accommodations.
Are sheet packages included in the price?
No, these are not included. You can rent a sheet package.
The costs are € 7,50 per sheet, per person.
These are ready at the accommodation upon arrival.
Can we book a cot at our rental accommodation?
Yes, this is possible. A cot i available for € 2,50 per day.
You must take care of the sheets yourself.
Please note: a cot doesn't fit in every accommodation and is always at the expens of a place to sleep.
Does the accommodation have to be cleaned on departure?
You will receive a clean accommodation upon arrival.
We ask you to live in your accommodation with care during your stay an dilever it clear again at your departure.
Do i have to pay a deposit?
A deposit of € 50,- is requested upon arrival for the accommodation.
For Castle the Vijverpoort we ask for a deposit of € 100,-
When will the deposit be refunded?
The deposit (minus breakage, defect or extra cleaning costs) will be refunded by bank within 14 days after checking the accommodation. We ask you to provide your IBAN number upon arrival.
